Beautiful Echos provides a service that transforms static photographs into short animated videos.

2. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer

2.1 Content Responsibility

• You acknowledge that AI-generated content may not accurately represent the original image
• Beautiful Echos is not responsible for any emotional distress or dissatisfaction with AI-generated results
• The service is provided for entertainment purposes
• Results may vary significantly based on image quality and content

3. User Responsibilities

3.1 Content Upload

You are solely responsible for the images you upload and warrant that:

• You own the rights to the uploaded images or have proper authorization
• Your images do not violate any laws or third-party rights
• You will not upload inappropriate, offensive, or illegal content
• You understand that we may need to refuse service for certain types of content

3.2 Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Upload images without proper rights or permissions
• Use the service in ways that could harm or overload our systems

4. Payment and Credits

4.1 Credit System

• Each user receives one (1) free animation
• Additional animations require purchased credits at $1.00 per animation
• Minimum purchase is 5 credits ($5.00)
• Credits do not expire but are non-refundable once used

4.2 Refunds

Due to the nature of AI-generated content and the computational resources required:

• No refunds are provided for completed animations
• Credits are automatically deducted when animation processing begins
• Technical failures may result in credit refunds at our discretion
• If you believe you deserve a refund, please contact us at delivery@beautifulechos.com

5. Privacy and Data

Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy for information about how we collect, use, and protect your data.

5.1 Content Retention

• Generated videos are stored for 7 days after creation
• Videos are automatically deleted after the retention period
• We recommend downloading your videos promptly
• Uploaded images are processed and then deleted

6. Service Availability

We strive to provide reliable service, but cannot guarantee:

• Uninterrupted access to the service
• Specific processing times for animations
• Compatibility with all image formats or qualities
• Availability during maintenance periods

8.1 Your Content

You retain ownership of images you upload. By using our service, you grant us a limited license to process your images for animation generation.

8.2 Generated Content

You own the rights to animations generated from your images.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. We will notify users of significant changes via email when possible.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. Upon termination, unused credits are forfeited and access to generated content may be revoked.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where Beautiful Echos operates. Any disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration.
